“Twenty Years On”

Commentary from Marty: With this comic, I intended to establish that the world AFHS enhabits is one where heroes were worshipped, but ultimately forgotten.

In the case of Ryan, going through his tough teenage years, he looks to the past to what he sees as an “easier” time.  Little does he know how hard it’s going to get.

Also, gotta say, seeing Nick finally do colors has me amped.

The build up for AFHS for me was like the rise to the top of a roller coaster. Right now, I’m at the point of no return, and damn it, I want to start this ride.

Hell yeah! Where have all the heroes gone? Where’s the streetwise Hercules to fight the rising odds?
