Commentary From Marty: I was a bit apprehensive going into this, and the next few pages, as they’re a lot of talking heads. Luckily for me, though, I have an artist like Nick who approaches each panel rather dynamically.

Wait, what? These guys walk around in full superhero outfits in a town that used to be filled to the brim with superheroes and don’t know that there are other superheroes?

Basically, for 20 years, there haven’t been any true “supers”. However, as supers were such an important part of society for so many years, costumes and such have been brought into fashion.
This generation though, as you’ll see, has changed things.
