Another shout out to our fellow webcomickers, as we wanted to give a new comic some press.

Sure, you’re probably familiar with the work of our friends Bryan Prindiville & Darren Gendron, but I doubt you’ve seen their work like this.

Having launched this past Monday, their new comic Hello With Cheese is an irreverant, bizzare, and ultimately hilarious weekly strip.  Featuring some fantastic art from Bryan mixed with the surreal humor of Darren, I do believe they have a hit on their hands.

Nick and I have been privvy to future strips, and I highly recommend you bookmark or add their feed now.  You can tell your friends that you knew of them before it was cool.

And hey, if you can’t get enough of Mr. Gendron’s writing, head over to Dear Pirate.  He makes fun of a certain writer you might know this week.

As we’re exactly a month away from Katsucon 15, I figured it’s time we start showcasing the sweet merch we’ll be having at our table.

First up? Two amazing, full color prints!

The first print is the premiere of the ART FIGHT HIGH SCHOOL CONVENTION PRINT SERIES.  Every convention season, we’ll have a brand new print at our table to commemorate it.  This, the “Winter 09″ print, features the cast of AFHS in the midst of an epic battle.  As you can see, some future powers are revealed, giving you a taste of what’s to come in 2009.

The second print is Nick’s first venture into the worlds of fanart.  In sparking full-color, Nick showcases some of his favorite characters from a diverse variety of media, all ready to rock your face.

This is only an inkling of what’s to come, however, as Nick will be doing commissioned art at Katsucon!  This is only the second time this has occurred, so get your requests in early and often!

Prices for these prints, along with the rest of our catalog, will be posted shortly before the convention itself, which runs February 13-15 in lovely Crystal City, VA.  Stay tuned for glimpses of more brand new merch for 2009!
